The MSCI Asia Pacific Index sank 1.2 percent as of 10:43 a.m. Tokyo time, sliding toward its lowest close since September 2012. The Nikkei 225 was down 1.4 percent, bringing its slump from a peak reached in June to 19 percent.

In the time it took me to type that message, DWTI up $6, Crude down $1.80.
This is crazy! Makes no sense, which is what makes these ETF "dangerous".
It's like surfin' with sharks.

Dumb question - can you buy stocks in pre-market? I have never even looked at it, but how does one buy a stock before the market technically opens? Maybe I'm thinking it is like a supermarket or any other store?

@Kevin,
Go to the order page on your brokerage acc't.
Where you enter the orders, there should be a designation that says something like "pre-market" or "regular trading hours".
If you can't find it, just call your firm and they'll tell you where it is on the order entry page.

Oh BTW, -- if it's "afterhours", same thing. You just click which ever designation/time frame applies to your order.
