Argos has one of my favorite restaurants SPILIA were they serve a whole chicken n potatoes slathered in olive oil, lemon & mustard oregano sauce. Their version is the best. Simple but amazing. Picture below.

SPILIA also has my favorite version of eggplant with a tomato garlic sauce that’s just out of this world, paired with a Hatzimichalis Greek Red is just perfect. Pic Below,
