This is my long term indicator which I just discovered a few weeks ago. It may or may not be any good to you short term but it's priceless. We are in a bull market. How do I know, look at FAGIX. Buy when it goes above 7, & bail when it goes back under 7 & either wait or very slowly accumulate. Check it against FFIDX performance on yahoo, since spy has not been around that long. Almost PERFECT!! may consider bailing when it goes under 8. Now, we need help, do we play it safe with SPY or do we go crazy with Spxl/Xiv or short Uvxy. tHis is insanely good.
Go back as far as the 80's.

In fact, if you add MACD on the 5-yr. chart, it looks almost like October 16, 2011.

I like this a lot. Matches up well with S&P. I would enter at 7 & bail on cross back under 7.50.

Honestly, 10 people can look at the same chart, and come up with different predictions.
