Is oil fixing to move?
Look at DWTI , SCO.
Looks to me like they are both forming a Bollinger Band Squeeze with lower-volatility which means higher-volatility after the lower-volatility with Bollinger Bands expansion.

It will be something to watch.

Both DWTI and SCO bollinger bands breaking to the up side today
Spot WTIC oil is at the lower bollinger band starting to break lower

WTI has gone down .
Around where I live some stations went from $2.37 to 2.45 over the weekend and sone didn't.
Greedy I say.
