Hi , I'm looking for filter that show my chart when 1 candle opnes
below MA (34) cross over MA(17) and close above MA (7)

That should do it. This assumes a specific order of the moving averages (i.e., that we are in an upturn). You may want to add in a volume or price constraint to help refine youe filter, such as
