I know about the Momentum and RSI indicators. Do they support the following scenarios:

Price increases and volume increases or decreases during last couple of ticks, Price Pressure shows a strong indication.

Price increases or decreases but volume is slow, or flat, Price Pressure is weak.

Or Volume increases or decreases, but price is slow to change, Price Pressure is weak.

How can I capture these scenarios in an indicator?

Note that the default of 14,9 can be changed to whatever you want it to be.
