how to find stocks over $10 a share with good volume that routinely have the greatest % price difference between weekly high and weekly low?

Here's a start

Submit
Fetcher[
Show stocks where average day range(30) is above 3.00
add column average day range(30)
do not draw average day range(30)
Price is above 10
Volume is above 100000
draw average volume(15)
Market is not etf
Market is not otcbb
Draw ma(20)
draw ema(13)

Chart-time is 5 months
Draw Bollinger band(20,2)

Draw RSI(4) line at 90
Draw RSI(4) line at 70
Draw RSI(4) line at 50

CxC is number of consecutive days close above (+)/below(-) previous close and set{CCb,days(close is above close 1 day ago,100)}
set{CCa,days(close is below close 1 day ago,100)} set{CxC, CCa - CCb} and add column CxC {C_x_C}
do not draw CxC

SxS is number of consecutive days price above (+)/below(-) previous ema(13) and set{SSb,days( price is above ema(13) 1 day ago,100)}
set{SSa,days( price is below ema(13) 1 day ago,100)} set{SxS, SSa - SSb} and add column SxS {S_x_S}

do not Draw SxS
