Nice filter but I will have to disagree with you on the Upper Bollinger Band(50,.8). The MA(50) with price above it tends to be Bullish and the price below it tends to be bearish. The middle line of Upper Bollinger Band(50,.8) is the MA(50). The middle line of any Bollinger Band is the MA.
say Bollinger Band(20,2) middle line is the Ma(20). Now if the Upper Bollinger Band(50,.8). works then by all means use it I say.
Just saying!

Mac...I've used (BB40,0.4) for many years the advantage, one of the advantage you have over the moving average is the constriction you see in the bands before a breakout, also the calculation is different than a moving average. It was used successfully this week to predict TVIX breakout....different strokes for different folks....just say'n.

JP. would you mind sharing your favorite (BB40,0.4) filter? In return I will buy you tickets to a calgary flames game if fans are still going to the games.

Maybe I jumped gun but if one can use any indicator to make $ with their own keen eye then that's great.
I've been messing around with Keltner band(7) of late.
Again hat's off to safetrades filter.

Take a look at
draw Upper Bollinger Band(50,.8)
draw Keltner band(7)
draw Upper Bollinger Band(40,0.4)
in a symlist
May be over doing it
