Advanced Options

Additional parameters for configuring the entry order and preference.
  1. Selection Criteria: Since all stocks can not be selected, if you have more than the maximum amount of matches per day, you can use the "Selection Criteria" to prioritize the stocks you wish to enter.
  2. Entry Price: Configure the price you want to use for entry. The order will be placed on the date after your filter matches. This allows you to customize what you wish to use for entry price. Further customize this option by enabling the check-box below to require the price be met on that following date. If this option is enabled and the price is not met, the order will not execute.
  3. Exit: If you are using exit triggers or buy and hold, the exit price will be set on the date after the exit trigger is met.
  4. Position Limits: These values set the maximum number of trades as well as maximum open positions. You can use these values to control some practicality to how many stocks you hold as well as enter per day. The maximum number of entries per day allowed by StockFetcher is 25, while the maximum open positions allowed is 250.
